Analysis

After 3 years in a row with a losing record and an exclusion from the playoffs, the Hornets have been unable to retain their superstar Kemba Walker and consequently hoist the white flag. Last season the only member of the team to exceed 10.2 ppg, in addition to the aforementioned Walker (25.6ppg), was Jeremy Lamb (15.3ppg), but he also gave up the moorings to take service in Indianapolis. To replace Kemba will be the exuberant Terry Rozier, who will be able to display his overwhelming self-confidence by taking a large number of shots in Charlotte's asphyxiated offense, not necessarily in the name of great efficiency.
